  • In Person/Phone: You can also raise your concern during a session or by calling me at 07481 005522. However, I recommend putting it in writing to ensure all details are recorded accurately.

Please provide your full name, contact details, and a clear description of your data protection concern or the specific right you believe has been breached.

3. What Happens Next? (My Process)
I handle all complaints seriously, confidentially, and in accordance with the UK GDPR:

  • Acknowledgement: I will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 30 days of receiving it.

  • Investigation: I will personally investigate the issue, reviewing my records, systems, and data handling practices.

  • Updates and Outcome: I will keep you updated on the progress of my investigation. I aim to provide a full, clear response resolving your complaint within [Insert timeframe, e.g., 30 days / 8 weeks] of receipt.

4. Alternative Resolution (The ICO)
You have the right to lodge a complaint with me first to allow me to resolve the issue directly. If you remain unhappy with my final response, or if I fail to respond to your complaint, you have the statutory right to escalate your complaint to the UK's data protection authority:
