As part of my course work I looked at Richard J Davidson's website, he is Professor of Psychology and Psychiatry at the University of Wisconsin. In 2019 he gave this very interesting TED talk "How mindfulness changes the emotional life of our brains". Post COVID some of the issues he raises seem even more pertinent. Very interesting and shows how we can harness the power of neuroplasticity to change our brain to feel more positive about life.
